- Watch out for Conveyancing Call Centres. Initially you may be allocated one point of contact but your case will not be progressed by one person alone. This can cause untold complications and stress not only for you but for your Agent who will liasing with them on your behalf. Beware! Agents often recieve a referal fee for passing your business to Conveyancing Call Centres.
